Billing/Accounting/QuickBooks Admin

Location: Greensboro NC (In-Person)

Guy M Turner Inc / Turner Transfer is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team at our Greensboro NC office. This in-person role focuses heavily on invoice creation, customer follow-up, and portal-based billing – primarily using QuickBooks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create and distribute customer invoices
  • Manage billing follow-ups and respond to customer inquiries
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned customer(s)
  • Create invoices and enter purchase orders in QuickBooks
  • Determine the correct portal based on PO and upload invoices accordingly
  • Navigate customer-specific portals
  • Ensure billing accuracy and compliance with PO terms
  • Maintain detailed records and status updates on all billing activity

Required Qualifications:

  • Strong experience with QuickBooks (billing/invoicing functions)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
  • High attention to detail and organization
  • Strong follow-up skills and persistence
  • Tech-savvy; able to navigate multiple online portals efficiently
