Guy M. Turner, Inc., one of the most well-respected crane, rigging, and heavy haul companies in the nation, is hiring CDL Class A Drivers to join our Heavy Rigging Division.
This is not a typical driving job — in addition to operating a commercial vehicle, you will work directly with the heavy rigging crew on outdoor projects using specialized rigging equipment.
As a CDL Class A Driver in the Heavy Rigging Division, you will haul and deliver the equipment needed to perform heavy rigging projects, then participate directly in the on-site rigging work. This role requires travel, physical labor, and the ability to work safely in outdoor environments.
Pay is dependent on experience (DOE).
Job Duties Include:
- Hauling and delivering rigging equipment and trailers to job sites
- Supporting heavy rigging operations to move and set equipment in place
- Working in outdoor environments across varied weather and site conditions
- Performing physical rigging tasks in collaboration with crew members
- Traveling to job sites as required, including overnight/out-of-town work
Requirements:
- Must hold a valid CDL Class A license
- Must be able to pass a drug test, background check, and driving history check
- Must be able to lift up to 75 lbs
- Must be able to work all shifts, including nights and weekends
- Must be able to travel frequently for out-of-town assignments
- CDL driving experience required with flatbed, lowboy, stepdeck
Note: This is a physical, hands-on role. Drivers are fully involved in the heavy rigging work, not just trucking. You will be expected to contribute on-site, not just behind the wheel.
