Guy M. Turner, Inc. is seeking a hands-on, detail-driven Dispatcher to support our Crawler Crane operations in Greensboro NC. This role blends traditional dispatch responsibilities with physical, on-site involvement in the local yard and field — coordinating the complex movement of crawler crane equipment, parts, trucks, and personnel.

Key Responsibilities:

• Schedule and dispatch crawler cranes, trailers, components, and personnel
• Coordinate loadouts, ensuring correct equipment is matched with the correct trailers
• Assist with physical yard work: loading equipment, prepping shipments, staging components
• Work directly with trucking brokers to arrange and confirm shipments
• Communicate with internal teams and customers to manage job requirements and timelines
• Handle real-time changes in equipment availability, load plans, and job logistics
• Track and organize all equipment and parts associated with crawler crane projects

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in scheduling, dispatch, logistics coordination, or related field (required)
• Comfort working in outdoor environments and performing physical tasks
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• Clear communication and the ability to work across teams and with external vendors
• A proactive, solution-first mindset with high attention to detail
• Ability to handle pressure, shifting job schedules, and tight timelines
