Sales/Business Development – Cranes (Burlington NC)

We’re looking for a high-performing, results-obsessed sales professional to sell and develop business for our crane rental/crane service division. What You’ll Do:

  • Hunt & close new business across construction, industrial, commercial, and infrastructure sectors.
  • Build deep, lasting relationships with decision-makers and project leads.
  • Develop and deliver job estimates using your technical or mechanical know-how.
  • Identify high-value opportunities and craft customized proposals to win the work.
  • Drive margin by understanding job complexity, cost structure, and risk.

What You Bring:

  • Experience in crane rental/crane service, equipment rental, construction, or a related field — or the fire to learn it fast.
  • Hunter mentality. You’re proactive, persistent, and don’t wait around for leads.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills with the confidence to close.
  • Mechanical aptitude and critical thinking for estimating and job setup.
  • High-level organization and the ability to manage multiple deals at once.
